How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2 days of the estimated arrival date, please contact us at Info@Moveinvogue.com with your name and order number, and we will try to locate the package for you. If order status shows complete and delivered by the carrier Movieinvogue is not responsible for missing package. It is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider and request a refund.
